Getting Access

In order to use the website you must first register an account so that we can keep track of who is entering what. There is no charge for an account and we never will charge people for access to their own data.

User Profile

The first thing a new user must do is register their details. This includes name, address and phone number. The only data we insist on here is an email address that we can use to contact you. The rest of the data is optional.

Climate & Soil Type

To help us with new features, it would be useful, if you could choose climate and soil types from the main menu. If none of the profiles in the system is a close match, you can easily create an exact match to your own garden. For the moment, we don't insist that you choose these details, but we may do so in future.

Crops

A crop is the basic unit of production in the garden. You should create a new crop for each sowing of the same variety. You should also create a new crop for each successional sowing.

Species & Varieties

If you wish to add a new crop and we haven't seen the species or the variety before, you shall need to add these in yourself. This is easily done from the page where you add a new crop.
